I am passionate about working with people to co-design their own path and achieve their goals. I am thrilled to be a part of the MLEA team, advocating for those in need and thriving for quality and best practice."
Mikaela works in both the Medicolegal and NDIS sectors of MLEA full time. Her clinical background has been working primarily with adults and children affected by lifelong disability. Mikaela has a wide range of interests with a passion for Complex Home Modification and Assistive Technology prescription with established skills in environmental assessment and design ability.
In addition to an evidence-based and client-centred approach, Mikaela is experienced in conducting comprehensive standardised and non-standardised assessments ensuring effective illustration of clients’ goals and needs.
