Ella is the creative force behind MLEA’s marketing. She balances her role at MLEA while pursuing a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business and Communication Design. Her responsibilities include designing marketing materials, creating content for various platforms, social media management, and contributing her marketing and design knowledge to each sector of MLEA.
With a background in nursing and a current double degree in Business and Communication Design, Ella has always been drawn to the intersection of healthcare, branding and creativity. Her work at MLEA allows her to share the magic behind occupational therapy—unveiling the inspiring work of the team and helping the broader community understand the impact of OT. Ella loves the creative freedom and support MLEA offers, and finds it incredibly rewarding to use her creativity to make a real difference.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family over coffee or dinner parties, committing to her many hobbies, and getting outdoors for camping, hiking, and travel adventures.
