Vanessa’s unwavering dedication goes beyond mere excellence; she champions a collaborative environment that fosters growth for her team through pioneering initiatives aligned with her vision. Initially combining MLEA’s long-standing medicolegal expertise with NDIS services, and more recently expanding into aged care services, Vanessa’s aim is clear: to cultivate an empowering environment where every team member has the opportunity to develop and expand their knowledge, skills, and impact, guided by their passions and choices.

Vanessa has now elevated her involvement to add non-operational value through strategic direction, business expansion, and ensuring quality and high-value service delivery. This strategic focus enhances the organisation’s ability to remain at the forefront of its field while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Vanessa is deeply committed to nurturing her well-being, finding solace in activities such as Pilates, yoga, meditation, and exploring innovations in health, balance and vitality. Vanessa cherishes moments spent with her three sons, as well as sharing joyous occasions with friends and family. She takes pleasure in exploring different cuisines while dining out and is passionate about refining her own culinary skills, considering cooking her personal love language. Her ultimate aspiration is to reside in a picturesque mountain setting with breathtaking ocean views, whilst spending substantial time in her ancestral homeland of Italy.
