Chelsea is a seasoned medicolegal professional with a diverse background in medicolegal consulting, vocational psychology, and child and adolescent psychology. She currently serves as the Director at MLEA, where she leverages her extensive experience to lead and inspire her team.
Chelsea is a registered psychologist under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from The University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Australian Institute of Business. As a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), she stays actively engaged with the latest advancements in her field.
In her role as Director, Chelsea provides mentorship to MLEA’s senior management team, and serves as a consultant for complex matters of employability assessment. Chelsea contributes significantly to the professional growth of her colleagues and peers, remaining heavily involved in the continued development of MLEA’s education division, offering professional development opportunities to legal personnel and occupational therapists.
Driven by the profound satisfaction of seeing others thrive and succeed, Chelsea is dedicated to elevating those around her. Outside of her professional life, Chelsea enjoys horse riding, traveling, cooking, and self-development. She is an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction and has a keen interest in the subject of modern history.
